About Us

As an experienced dietitian, Internal family systems (IFS) practioner and eating disorder clinician, I work with all types of food, eating, weight, or disordered eating patterns. These include goals such as weight loss, reducing recurrent patterns of losing and then regaining weight, irritable bowel syndrome, stress and binge eating, emotional eating, and any type of eating disorder. I use a variety of techniques including internal family systems therapy and intuitive eating. For some clients these tools are combined with spiritual and religious teachings.
